Have you seen these common cleaning mistakes in your building before? To ensure quality cleaning, we use Butcher's building block training. The Art of Cleaning to train our cleaning specialists. The system makes it easy for our cleaners to learn and retain, the correct way to clean so we stay consistent in the service we deliver.
To manage our daily staffing requirements GLC uses an automated telephone timekeeping system. All employees are required to call in through this computerized system at the beginning, and end, of their shifts. The Teleteam system is programmed with all of the staffing requirements. If at any time a cleaning specialist does not begin his/her work shift on time we are informed immediately, which ensures cleaning is not missed.
At the Management level...
Our Area Mangers are our first line of defense in making sure we do our job well. Managers walk their buildings regularly and work with the building evaluations on a regular basis. multiple members of our operations and quality management staff also visit each site, on a rotating basis, to confirm customer satisfaction.
